Q. What does "Officially Licensed Lifeguard Apparel" mean?

A. "Lifeguard®" is a trademarked name and may only be sold by authorized retailers. BeachLifeguard.com gets all their merchandise from Popularity Products LLC. the exclusive supplier of Lifeguard® merchandise.

 

Q. How long does free shipping take to deliver?

A. Depending on your location, the free shipping service delivers packages within 3-5 business days.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we offer 3 different shipping methods for international shipping. When you add your items to your cart and begin the checkout process, you will be able to see all the shipping options along with the cost for each and the deliver time for each.

 

Q. What is the return/exchange policy?

A. BeachLifeguard.com accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery of your order. If the products are worn, damaged, or printed with a custom name on back, we can not accept the return. If the product was defective upon arrival, please send a photo to us with your order number so we can see the damage in order to properly address your replacement product. Of course we inspect each product before it leaves our warehouse, so a defective item will usually not get sent to you.

 

Q. How do I add a custom name on the back of my item?

A. When you are in the product's page, you can select "yes" in the custom name field and type in your name. You can use A-Z, 0-9, # and / for the custom text bar. If you have entered YES but did not enter a name, your order will have a credit for the increased amount which can be applied to any item in our store, including shipping costs.

 

Q. Does a custom name delay my order?

A. No, no matter how you order your products, we prepare the shipments the same day they are ordered. 

 

Q. Are there group offers?

A. Yes, we do have group offers. Any order over $250, can either get free shipping, 15% off, or free customization on each item in your cart. Only available if order is placed over the phone. (There's no fee to place your order over the phone, it's just easier for you).

 

Q. The website is not letting me checkout, what do I do?

A. We have been noticing issues with customers trying to use Internet Explorer to complete the checkout process and the current solution to this problem, is to simply use a different browser as that will work. Sorry for invconvenience.

 

Q. Is there sales tax?

A. Our company is located in New York, we don't collect sales tax since our products are under $110.
