The Great Barrier Reef is one of the most beautiful natural reefs in the world. It stretches more than 2,000 kilometers along the coastline of Queensland. Visitors to the reef can snorkel, scuba dive, or take a sight-seeing flight over the reef. There are so many ways in which you can enjoy the beauty that the reef has to offer, it is definitely something that should be added to everyone’s must see lists.

If you enjoy diving or snorkeling, the Great Barrier Reef is one of the most beautiful and breathtaking places to visit. You will be able to enjoy the smooth seas, underwater tunnels, and the pure beauty of the reef up close. In addition to the natural beauty of the reef itself, you will also be able to see crabs, mollusks, and sea stars. As if that wasn’t enough, you can also explore the SS Yongala shipwreck, how many people can say they saw an actual shipwreck up close and personal?

If you would rather stay above the water, you can explore the reef from a boat. There are many different types of rental boats available or you can sign up for a tour of the reef. By viewing the reef from above, you will still be able to enjoy all of the beauty and sea life. It is also a great way to show off your Lifeguard Swimsuit.

Another great way for you and your family to enjoy the Great Barrier Reef is to see it from the air. There are many helicopter tours for you to choose from. Not only will these helicopter tours allow you to see the reef, you can also experience the Daintree Rainforest as well. Flying over the natural beauty of this particular area will take your breath away and leave you in awe of the beauty that nature can create.

In addition to the Great Barrier Reef, there are also many different beaches and bays that you can explore while you’re in the area. Take some time to explore everything that Queensland has to offer, it’s a once in a lifetime experience that you will likely talk about for years to come.
